Hahaha!! I hadn’t noticed the large amount of onion. That would be for a very big party!! Think of the tears!

Sahne is cream, thats right. The butterfat content of the “Sahne” is around
35%, that should be the same butterfat content heavy whipping cream, or am I wrong?

Upps… I see it just now – I put the cream twice in the recipe, on time im german, on time in english.

Its now correct! I should not try to watch TV and write, it always ends with stupid mistakes. In the first version, the recipe claims for 750 kg onion, too. I think, that would be a funny picture: Myself in the kitchen chopping a gigant pile of onions *lol*

I think these should be required food at ALL parties. I am not vegetarian but I can’t imagine caring that there was no meat. Those look fabulous.

What is the difference in butterfat content between sahne and heavy whipping cream? (sahne is cream, yes?)

they liked it Not only the vegetarians (another girl and me) but all the other guests, too. I always like to prepare food for partys, where nobody is missing meat.
My seed mix was: pumkinseeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, sesame, some rolled oats.

You didn’t say how the party guests liked the quiche, but I’m guessing it was a big hit! I’m curious what mixture of seeds you used.
