		<description>Hi Susan, Rohrnudeln or Buchteln are typical served warm with Custard and or a compote or applesauce, sometimes with grinded poppyseeds mixed with powdered sugar, too. In my family they are commonly served with custard.
I like them also when they are cooled, I slice the rohrnudeln then and eat they like a bun.</description>
