@Miriam: You have to bake the tarte, its really delicious and the cauliflower smells not so much during roasting!

I have to say, anything with caramelized onions in it never fails to get my attention. This sounds and looks delicious!

I also bookmarked this Smitten Kitchen recipe! But I was not aware that the cauliflower was roasted instead of boiled… this is a much better option. I hate the smell of boiling cauliflower.
