@apa269: Is there a italian supermarket around? I would check there first. If not I would try to use Hartweizengries and grind this as fine as possible (Food processor or homemill).

Thanks for participating in BBD #32. Do you know where I can get durum flour? There is no Metro here…. I’ve never seen it around here (Berlin area).
