So I do the oposite thing: Making Icecream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">When it is really hot I prefer slightly sour icecream: Raspberry icecream, citron icecream, buttermilk icecream or yoghurt icecream. Today I make yoghurt icecream, very delicious when served with some fresh fruits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you like a more sweet icecream, you should increase the sugar amount, because this icecream is just slightly sweet.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Yoghurt icecream<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>500g yoghurt (1,5% fat)<\/li>\n<li>200g heavy cream<\/li>\n<li>75g milk<\/li>\n<li>75g sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbs citron juice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Heat the Milk with the sugar untill the sugar dissolve. Mix with yoghurt and citron juice and fold in the whipped cream.
