It is a non-commercial food swap market and I liked the idea instantly. After a short email exchange with\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/utecht.wordpress.com\/tag\/schwarzmarkt\/\">Joerg<\/a> it was clear that bread bakers are welcome, too. And so I can tell you that you can find me at the 3. April in cologne Ehrenfeld, where I will swap my Bread against other homemade treats.<\/p>\n<p>And if anyone is interested, I will swap sourdough and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/en\/2013\/12\/ser-starter-aktuelle-version-mit-angepassten-mengen\/\">sweet starter<\/a>, too. Just leave me a short note here or sent me a email, if you want to have one.
