For some of them, like my beloved Wheat and Rye No. 2 or the christstollen, I tend to repeat myself as I repeatedly tell you how much I love them. Others are more quieted, but well loved as well. And how many favourites I have I just learned when started to make this little round up.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Weizenmischbrot.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"135\" align=\"left\" \/><br \/>\nWhenever I need a \u201cworks well every time\u201d Recipe, I turn to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/04\/weizenmischbrot-nummer-2\/\">Wheat and Rye No 2<\/a>. My mom and I just call it \u201cfavourite bread\u201d and I blogged it already in many different shapes:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/11\/angeschobenes-weizenmischbrot\/\">baked in a wooden frame<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2014\/12\/weihnachtsmann-brote\/\">santa berad<\/a>, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/05\/tote-hosen-brot\/\">\u201cTote Hosen\u201d-birthday bread<\/a> and as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/12\/sternschnuppen-brot\/\">Falling star Bread<\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Mrchenknig-Brot-2.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><br \/>\nRather a new recipe but although a clear favourite is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/09\/mrchenknig-brot\/\">Swan King Bread<\/a>. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/09\/mrchenknig-brot\/#comment-224590\">Reader called it in the comments:<\/a> \u201cThe Brioche among the breads\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Kartoffelbrot.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2014\/01\/oberberger-rpelbrot\/\">Oberberger \u00c4rpelbrot<\/a> contains a lot of potatoes and satisfies my love for potato breads.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Sonntagszopf-2.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I just have to type the first three letters of <a title=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/en\/2014\/07\/feiner-sonntagszopf-mit-sem-starter\/\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/en\/2014\/07\/feiner-sonntagszopf-mit-sem-starter\/\">Sunday braid<\/a> and my browser will complete it directly. And I knew why, as I open this recipe so regulary to bake this braid for Sunday breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Schweizer-Butterzopf.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"135\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For Sunday mornings I like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/en\/2013\/04\/schweizer-butterzopf\/\">Swiss Butterzopf<\/a> very much, too. As a real Swiss Butterzopf he is made without sugar, which I like very much.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Pandoro3.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Buttery is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/12\/pandoro-reine-sauerteigvariante\/\">Pandoro<\/a> as well. Around Christmas time I have to bake him at least once. And that this is a really well loved recipe you can already guess as I blogged the recipe already twice, the second time\u00a0 with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2016\/01\/pandoroeine-bildergeschichte\/\">pictures<\/a> from all proofing steps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/nusszopf.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since 2009 you can find the recipe for this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2009\/10\/nusszopf\/\">Nut braid<\/a>&#8211; as the not so beautiful pictures documents. I bake him every year at least once for my birthday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Streuselkuchen.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/05\/streuselkuchen\/\">Streusel cake<\/a> and his two siblings\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2014\/03\/pudding-streuselkuchen\/\">Custard streusel<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2014\/05\/rhabarber-pudding-streuselkuchen\/\">Rhubarb streusel<\/a> are very beloved. Whenever I start creating recipe variants this is a sign that I am deeply in love with a recipe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/DSC_2501.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pretzels are always a good idea and I love to bake either <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2014\/11\/laugenstangen-mit-sem-starter\/\">pretzel rolls<\/a> or this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2013\/10\/laugen-dinkel-knpfe\/\">spelt pretzel knots<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Mohn-und-Sesambrtchen-2.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And if I have to use a \u201cfast\u201d recipe I like to bake this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/03\/brotbacken-fr-anfnger-iii-schnittbrtchen\/\">rolls.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/ABC-Burger.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/>Since I developed my perfect vegetarian\/vegan Burger patty I had to struggle with some problems. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/07\/himbeer-johannisbeer-marmelade-ohne-gelierzucker-und-ohne-kerne\/\">red currant and raspberry jam<\/a> is the first of many others I made last summer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Christstollen.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another recipe from the blogs \u201cstone age\u201d is my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2009\/12\/christstollen\/\">Christstollen<\/a> recipe. I bake every year and is the one recipe that carries the \u201cmy Papa love it\u201d label.<br \/>\nThe<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2015\/11\/christstollen-mit-sem-starter\/\">\u201cSweet Starter\u201d-Variante<\/a> of the recipe is great as well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; margin: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Schoko-Gewrzmandeln.jpg\" align=\"left\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another Have to for christmas are this <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2012\/12\/schokoladen-gewrzmandeln\/\">Christmas almonds<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To prevent Micha from feeling alone with her DUBB &#8211; Event I have collected all my favourite recipes here.
