Another good idea for using stale bread is making\u00a0 bread crisps.<\/p>\n<p>They are easy to make and a delicious snack. Preferably I use old rolls as a sliced roll has the perfect snacking size. And if the rolls was a sesame or poppy seed roll they are especially delicious, as the seeds add a delicious nutty flavour.<\/p>\n<p>You can keep the bread crisps quit simple and only seasoned with some salt. Or you use a wild garlic salt or a bit of harrisa to flavour the oil.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><u>Bread Crisps<\/u><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>3 stale rolls<\/li>\n<li>40g Oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Tl Salt (alternative: Wild garlic salt)<\/li>\n<li>optional: Harissa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Slice the rolls into 2-3 mm thick slices and place them on a oven rack.
