It feels like its been only few days between then and now. But when I leave through the pages I can see that how much I learned: The breads are getting better from year to year, the pictures as well. I knew much more about handling and background of baking. The blog helps to keep track of what I learned and forces me to write down my knowledge as precise as possible. And I like to share what I learned. And so I\u2019m always happy when you comment on a recipe I tried or when you ask a question. This is encouragement for me to carry on. A great encouragement is the fact that some of my recipes where published in newspapers (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ksta.de\/\">K\u00f6lner Stadtanzeiger<\/a> and\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rundschau-online.de\/\">Rundschau<\/a>) and the <a href=\"http:\/\/oe-mag.de\/ausgaben.html\">Magazine \u201c\u00d6\u201d<\/a>.\u00a0 And my quick <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/2012\/03\/schnelle-quarkbrtchen\/\">Quark Roll Recipe<\/a> is published in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thewednesdaychef.com\/\">Luisa Weiss\u2019<\/a>\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Classic-German-Baking-Pfeffern%C3%BCsse-Streuselkuchen\/dp\/1607748258\/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8\">Classical German Baking<\/a>. All of this is making me giddy of joy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 5px; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"Brotbacken f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger (2)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Brotbacken-fr-Anfnger-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Brotbacken f\u00fcr Anf\u00e4nger (2)\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/>And some of these connect the past with the future. The cooperation with \u201c\u00d6\u201d inspired a new blog series: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/category\/regionale-brote\/\">Regional Bread<\/a>\u201d. I found already many amazing recipes, and got amazing recipes from you, too. Some of them will be published here, soon.<\/p>\n<p>And other blog series are real self runners. When I checked what you read most in the last year, it was very clear: the posts of the\u00a0 \u201cBread baking for beginners\u201d series. Beginner recipes are still needed, as it seems. And so I was asked several times in the last year if the eBook is available as \u201creal\u201d book, too. And I like to follow your wishes and started to make a book out of it. It took me more time then planed to finished Layout and corrections. My life 1.0 was \u2013 and still is \u2013 demanding a lot of time \u2013 and so I decided to relax and delayed my personal deadline for the book from August to November. I just uploaded all the data to BOD and am now waiting for them to print it.
