Luckily the repair is not so expensiv,it will cost us around 90 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>My phone call with the service was funny. After I explained the problem the service man explained: \u201cI think the fuse is not burned out. It is just a little bit scorched. But it has to be repaired!\u201d I agreed with him because that\u2019s why I called him! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>And as long as I can not bake I focus in other things. Cleaning the kitchen got boring after some time so I did a photo shooting with some hot peppers I bought.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards I throw one \u2018not so hot\u2019 hot pepper in the mixer and made a delicious egg free mayonnaise. The recipe for the basic mayonnaise is the same like for the wild garlich mayonnaise using milk as instead of egg.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Hot Pepper Mayonnaise (egg free)<\/span><\/h2>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"eifreie Mayonnaise mit Chili\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/eifreieMayonnaisemitChili.jpg\" alt=\"eifreie Mayonnaise mit Chili\" width=\"208\" height=\"309\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 hot pepper (I used a not so hot one)<\/li>\n<li>80g Milk, Room temperature<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp citron juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch Salt<\/li>\n<li>about 180g oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remove the seeds of the hot pepper and puree it with 50g Oil.<\/p>\n<p>Now mix milk, citron juice, salt and mustard with the whisking attachment of your food processor. Now switch the machine to highest speed and add first the hot pepper oil very slowly to the milk.\u00a0 Then add the remaining oil until you reach your desired consistence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am counting the days until my broken oven will be repaired.
