I posted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/en\/2011\/05\/madeleines\/\">recipe<\/a> for the normal Maeleines some time ago, but at this time of the year I had the feeling that only one sort of Madeleines would be to boring. And so I seasoned the Madeleines with some cacao and gingerbread spice.<\/p>\n<p>And so I had a delicious Christmas-Madeleines.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><u>Christmas-Madeleines<\/u><\/h3>\n<p>yields 30 Madeleines<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75g sugar<\/li>\n<li>75g honey<\/li>\n<li>160g egg(3 big eggs)<\/li>\n<li>135g flour type 405<\/li>\n<li>15g cacao<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. gingerbread spice<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 Pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>5g baking powder<\/li>\n<li>150g molten butter (or Margarine if you bake lactose free)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix sugar, honey with eggs, spices, vanilla extract and salt. Fold in baking powder and flour. Now add the molten butter and mix until homogenous.<\/p>\n<p>Grease the madeleine pan and place about one table spoon dough in each shell formed cup.<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 200\u00b0C for about 10 min.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I baked some Madeleines for the christening of my little niece.
