I liked fried Potatoes in all variations, made of raw potatoes or cooked and cooled potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>When my boyfriend asked for fried potatoes for supper it was the perfect moment to hit two birds with one stone. I could make him happy with delicious fried potatoes and could also participate at Heikes Blog event.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><u>Fried Potatoes (for Heike)<\/u><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>700g Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons Butter<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Allspice<\/li>\n<li>1 big onion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Take care that all of them have the same size. Melt the butter in a pan on low temperature. Stir the potatoes in the butter until all wedges are covered with butter. Cover the pan with a lit and cook the potatoes for 40 min until tender. Shake the pan every few minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime peel the onion, chop finely and fry until soft and golden.<\/p>\n<p>When the potatoes are cooked, remove the lit, heat the pan to middle temperature and fry until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
