But sometimes he like to find <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pentinghausen.de\/index.php?page=qualitaetsrindfleisch-vom-highland\">some meat<\/a> on his plate. A favourite of him is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fleischk%C3%A4se\">Fleischk\u00e4se<\/a> (also called Leberk\u00e4se) but he seldom buy it.<\/p>\n<p>But when we saw the recipe \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.chefkoch.de\/forum\/2,70,611332\/Fleischkaese-fuer-Jederman.html\">Fleischk\u00e4se f\u00fcr Jedermann<\/a>\u201d\u00a0 at chefkoch.de we decided to try it for dinner (I got some homemade smoked tofu burgers). We tweaked the spices in the recipe a little bit, but over all we sticked to the recipe.<\/p>\n<p>It is an easy recipe, the ground meat has to be kneaded with the kitchen machine until it gets smeary, then its placed in a baking pan and baked for an hour.<\/p>\n<p>The boyfriend like the Fleischk\u00e4se very much and we have now a lot of slices in the freezer, so he can eat fried Fleischk\u00e4se when ever he liked<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Fleischk\u00e4se<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>600g ground meat (pork)<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; float: right; padding-top: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"Fleischk\u00e4se (2)\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hefe-und-mehr.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Fleischkse-21.jpg\" alt=\"Fleischk\u00e4se (2)\" width=\"205\" height=\"139\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" \/><\/li>\n<li>150g ground meat (cattle)<\/li>\n<li>150g sparkling water<\/li>\n<li>20 g (Sea-)Salt<\/li>\n<li>3 g Pfepper<\/li>\n<li>2 g Macis<\/li>\n<li>4g yellow mustard seed<\/li>\n<li>0,5 g cardamom<\/li>\n<li>2g sweet Paprika powder<\/li>\n<li>3g Majoram<\/li>\n<li>30 g starch<\/li>\n<li>20 g Onion<\/li>\n<li>3 g Baking powder(has to contain Phosphate!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ground the spices with the salt finely. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl of a kitchen machine white kneading hooks and knead for 5min until smeary. Fill in a Paper lined baking pan and distribued evenly with wet hands to get a even sureface. Make diamond shaped\u00a0 imprints on the sureface using a dough scrapper.
