And so I decided to try a own mixture \u2013 something that worked even better then expected. I think I will use my winter spice mix often for baking this winter<\/p>\n<p> <!--more--><\/p>\n<h1><u>Winter Spice Mix<\/u><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>10g cinnamon <\/li>\n<li>5g cardamom seeds <\/li>\n<li>1 Vanilla bean <\/li>\n<li>1g Macis <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 star anis <\/li>\n<li>1 clove <\/li>\n<li>5 allspice berries <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Grind all spices together to a fine powder, using an electric coffee mill.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For MCs Spicy Buns I need a spice mixture which I could not get here.
