Chocolate ice cream

Schokladen-Eis

After I prepared Chocolate sauce I use it for making ice cream.

Because we do not like egg in in our ice cream I used some starch to bind the mixture. This worked very well, the ice cream was very creamy.

Chocolate ice cream

  • 200g cream
  • 200g milk
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce

Mix all incredients and heat untill boiling. Let cool down, stir regulary to prevent forming of a skin. Freeze in the ice cream maker like written in the maufacturers manual.

    Noch besser als Stärke funktioniert Guarkernmehl, da reicht 1 TL, meine Herren sind begeistert von dem cremigen Mundgefühlr

    Ich habe letztens schon einmal ein ähnliches Eisrezept gelesen und nun da es quasi getestet ist, werde ich es auch einmal ausprobieren.
