After I prepared Chocolate sauce I use it for making ice cream.
Because we do not like egg in in our ice cream I used some starch to bind the mixture. This worked very well, the ice cream was very creamy.
Chocolate ice cream
- 200g cream
- 200g milk
- 1 tablespoon starch
- 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce
Mix all incredients and heat untill boiling. Let cool down, stir regulary to prevent forming of a skin. Freeze in the ice cream maker like written in the maufacturers manual.
